Access 2003 Table Analyzer

As a way to learn about access I have imported my Music/CD catalogue from an
excel sheet into acces. When I run the table analyzer to split my original
table into multiple related tables to reduce redundancy I get a pop up
"Correcting typographical errors for table". Most appear to be for non
duplicate entries.
Is there any way to reduce or eliminate them, with out having to update the
"correction" column. There are hundreds for each table.

Tom,

See if the Excel to Access Converter Utility will do this for you at -

The built in Access Table Analyser generally does not do a very good
job at this, you would be better trying to determine which tables you
need and which columns from the spreadsheet need to to be copied into
which tables. Once you have that worked out the above utility should
be able to transfer the data automatically for you.

Peter, Thank you very much for the input. I've downloaded the program and
will give it a try in the next few days.
