Eliminating Access to Internet Explorer

I am trying to figure out a way to block users from
accessing Internet Explorer through a Group Policy. I know
you can hide the desktop iconfor IE, but I want to limit
access completely. If anyone has any suggestions they
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all your help.
