Prevent users to delete the files on network and hide the IE to br

Hi,
1. I want to implement Group Policy to restrict the network user to delete
the file. User should not be able to delete any files on their mapped drives.

2. I want to implement Group Policy to hide the Internet Explorer browsing
from the client machine. Users should not be able to browse the internet from
LAN however; they should continue using internet for accessing other program.

This is not a matter of GPO, this are simply NTFS and Share permissions

Software Restriction Policies -> deny IE
