Eliminate macro warning pop-up

I am trying to eliminate a macro warning pop up from a workbook. I have
deleted all the macros and removed all the modules in the VBA editor. This
file is used on Excel 97 and 2000. I still get the pop up warning message
everytime the file is opened. Can this be eliminated?

Hi

Are there any sheet or workbook macros as distinct from
module based macros? Go to the VBE and click on the
sheets (and thisworkbook). Check both the general and
workbook areas.
