elementary lined paper

I am trying to make spelling word lists for granddaughter, but I need it to
print like "elementary" line paper. Is there a template for this? I found a
..pdf file, but then I have to hand print out my words on each, so then she
can use the lines to write her sentences on. Any suggestions? Thank you
ahead of time for any direction.

You could make a table covering as much of the page as your printer
will allow, making the row height appropriate for her to write on, and
make the horizontal row borders light blue and 0.25 pt wide. You don't
even need more than one column -- type your example words aligned
left.
