Electronic Report Format

Thanks for taking the time to read my question.

I have a DB that I use to track the time I spend programming. I have
created an invoice that I'd like to send to my customers. I really want to
keep the formatting, and the logo I have on the report, and I'd like to send
it to them electronically in a format they can't edit. So far the only thing
I can see using is snapshot reports. The problem is then all my customers
have to download and install snapshot viewer. I know it's free, but not all
my customers are savy enough to do this on their own, and also may not have
admin rights to install stuff on their PC's.

How else can I send an electronic report from Access 2003 that keeps all the
formatting, is electronic, is uneditable, and is easy for people to use.

Oops, I forgot there are two files that have to be placed in the same folder
of the database or the windows\system folder. Can your users do that?
