microsoft end-user license agreement pop-up persists every time I start-up
word each time I accept and each time it comes back
 
Log in as Administrator and accept the EULA.

default login is administrator so doesn't work. Could it be related to the
fact that changed machines and moved Office ( was bundled with original PC )?
