eject

my computer recently went pop while i had office 2000 in the drive now it won't let me eject and shows me that the cd is blank any ideas.

Try this:

Open Windows Explorer - right click on the CD drive icon and select Eject.

See that little hole by the door? Stick something in it,
ie...sewing pin,paperclip.
 
Sounds like the disk shattered while in the drive. Try using a straightened
out paper clip in the little hole located on the front of the drive. If the
disc is shattered, you would be well advised to replace the unit ASAP.
