EGNSEngine.dll

When I log on, I get two messages. One tells me that
EGNSEngine.dll is not found and the other tells me that
TCP/IP is not installed. I am unable to access my E-Mail
or the internet. I have a wireless router and the remote
computer works fine. Please help. Thanks.

Hi,

Go to Start>>Run>>Type "msconfig" and goto the Startup Tab, uncheck:
CMESys. Reboot

Also check check your Startup folder for GStartup which points to:
C:\RECYCLER\NPROTECT\00001132.exe /startup
