EFS recovery from deleted profiles

I was having trouble with my profile so I deleted it and started over. The trouble I was having is resolved but I forgot that I had encrypted several files. Now when I try to access these files I get an access denied message. How do I recover these files?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

First step is to get back the deleted profile.
If you can't, the data may be gone forever.
