I've got an effective policy that disallows "local login" for a local account
on a non-Active Directory Windows 2000 server. I've seen documentation
talking about the effective policy for a computer and it mentions a hierarchy
of effective policies beginning with local, domain, and OU policies.
Since the computer is not a domain computer and the user account is a local
account not belonging to a domain, I don't think there should be an issue
with a domain policy or an OU Policy.
What needs to be done to allow the local account access to the computer?
Thanks,
Jim
