this file will not delete, it appears as the only file in
start up when I search it it comes up as= documents &
settings\all users.WINNT\start menu\programs\startup. I
can not open this file and when trying to delete it get "
cannot delete eesf: access denied source file may be in
use. My computer is connected to a network but no one eles
in the office has this file! any ideas what it is? Thanks

You may need to kill the process before deleting it. Task Manager|Processes
