Can a page be editing by any other programs? For example, if I create a page
in FP, can I send it to someone else who doesn't have FP to edit it?

Yes. However, unless they send it back to you to publish, you may have
problems with it.

Yes. But a page may need more than one file to display properly. Unless
it is only text and the page does not rely on external files
(stylesheet, javascript) to display properly.

If the page needs external stylesheets, external j-script and graphics
files, you will need to send all the files together. Also, certain FP
web (FPSE) dependent features wall not work unless run through the web site.
