Editing buttons

I am using a template and need to change the buttons in photoshop, does
anyone know how to do this? I just got photoshop and don't know how to use it
to make my frontpage buttons from a template I have

To edit a particular template, you can either:

a) edit the buttons for a particular template
b) create a new template

For creating new templates, there is some info on the Microsoft office site
(http://www.microsoft.com/office - check out the community section) or you
can google Frontpage templates and you should find some sites that will help.
