Edit with powerpoint from Internet Explorer

How do I get the edit with powerpoint fuction to work on
Internet Explorer, when I open a web based version (htm.)
of a slide show. It works on my office comp but not at
home. What program is it installed with? I'm using pp2002
on windows 98 at home.
