Edit Right Click Start Button Menu

Does anyone know how to edit the menu that comes up when you right click the
Start Button?

What exactly do you want to do to that menu?
Some items can be easily deleted, some can't.
Adding is possible.

I want to delete some of the program short cuts that are showing up. Ideally
I would like it to be the way it is when you first install Windows and just
have the short cuts on the regular right click menu.

You need a context menu editor. The first one I even used was from PC Magazine
(http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,1159382,00.asp). Here’s a couple of Google
