Edit labels in shared Exchange/Outlook calendar

I have a user who has changes she makes to the 'label' list (properties of an appointment - change colors and the label of color) to a shared calendar revert to what they were before after a few minutes. She has 'owner' permission on the public (calendar) folder. Wondering if anyone knows what would cause a minute or so delay and then wipe out changes made by a user?
