Edit Icon doesnt work in Picture and Fax Viewer

I was trying to see pictures in my E-mail and a window
popup saying that the pictures cannot be viewed because
windows cannot find pictureviewer.exe to view these
pictures.... how can I install this program on windows

PictureViewer is a Quicktime feature. If you do not

have Quicktime installed on your PC it will come up with
an error because it is set as a default viewer on your PC.
Now, you can rightclick the picture listing and
click "Open with ", you'll get a listing of programs
that you do have on your PC, select a photo editor you
have and it will open it then. Also, recommend you
either download Quicktime or install it if you already
have it.
