Edit different parts of document simultaneously?

Is it possible to link text so that editing in one portion of the document
automatically edits the other?

Basically want to type executive summary and have that repeated in
conclusion of report without having to cut and paste.

Among other ways, you might want to investigate the use of an Insert Text
field and Bookmarks in Word Help if this is content which will be frequently
revised. If not, copy & paste is probably the easiest way.

Thanks a ton. I am writing basically the same boiler plate report, about 5-6
times a week. The exec summary and conclusion are ~100 words each. only
5-10 words and the date change with each document. Is this still probably
the best method? Thanks again =)
