Edit brings up copy and move to dialogue.

Hello.
I have a problem with Windows. When I "right click" on an image and select
edit, a window pops up asking where I want to copy the image to, then when I
cancel that, another pops up asking me where I want to move the image to.
Only after cancelling that does my image editing software open up correctly
and I can use it.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the imaging software, and haven't made
any other changes to my system. I have been using the imaging software for
some time flawlessly, and this problem began after the latest Windows update.
Any ideas out there? It's proving to be incredibily annoying.
Thanks,
John

John,

See this from Raymond Chen [MSFT]

What goes wrong when you add "Copy To" to the context menu:

Problem caused by adding Copy To and Move To as context menu entries:
