edexter 1.42

I've just downloaded and am running edexter 1.42.

But unlike the earlier version I had, I don't seem to be able to get it
to display the default image (which is a hyphen) where it has blocked
the download of, say, an ad.

I have the option 'Use Images' ticked, so I am not sure what to do.

Can anyone, please help.

To use Edexters internal default image the 'use images' option should be
unticked.
