Ebrower.dll file missing

When I start AOL it gives a error msg ebrowers.dll not
found and the when im signed on everthing works but aol
web browers. I was told some Internet Explorer files are
misssing. How and where can I download what Im needing

"ebrowers.dll" is NOT a MS file ........ no hits on Google either?
