Ebay link not connecting

I try to connect to Ebay trough my web site link. It gives me an error message,
www.qksrv.net and a user box and password come up. I tried through everyone
I know to fix problem, took advice and still no fix.
How do I get in to fix the problem or am I missing something

Disconnected firewall, NG
Spy-Bot, No problems
Ad-ware, No problems
Norton System suite, ran everytning, NG
Cleaned my reegristery,
Deleted cookies, history, temp files
My system is running great now, but still this link problem
