Easy way to find what date program installed

I am running Windows XP Pro, I keep getting BSOD and it does tell me it is
being caused by a program installed on March 15, 2004.

How can if find what program is causing this problem? No i do not know what
was installed on that date. I have gone into Add/Remove Programs, but it
only tells me last time used.

Any suggestions.

Hi James

Find the program's folder in Windows Explorer, then have a look in the right
hand pane in the 'Date Created' column. You may have to sort that column
first.

You might want to try a cool freeware program, PepiMk, filealyzer. This tool
has ben very helpful in my cleanup efforts on my pc. Hope you find this
usefull.
