I want to set up a simple one-to-one VPN connection from home (server)
to work. OpenVPN is one of the ones which can easily do it but I can't
understand the documentation.

Is there an easier VPN server out there or is there a simple guide for
Open VPN for Windows for a one-to-one?

UltraVNC for Windows works fine. If you're using Windows everywhere, it
is probably better to use a Windows-optimised version (UltraVNC,
TinyVNC, etc.); it will still interwork with any other VNC. UltraVNC
supports file transfer and chat more.

HTH,

It's VPN I need not VNC. VPN provides server access to my home disk not
any slowed up screen shots of the display. I just want to be able to
use my home profile for Firefix and templates for documents at work.

I dont have a suggestion for the VPN, however if its just access to
files that you need, you could set up an FTP server and give your self
passworded access. Dont use annonymous ftp. Anyway, its real easy to
set up. Here are a couple that I recommend:

Quik and Easy FTP server

TYPSoft FTP Server

Thanks. I was hoping for transparent access (so I can use templates as
templates and my Firefox profile can be used at both places). I may
resort to ftp in the end though so thanks.
