Easy Question

Would someone refresh my memory and remind me why a folder's name is
sometimes in "blue"?

I re-formatted my secondary hard drive after archiving my information.
However I move a couple of folders to C: temporarily during the format, and
then moved them back. Now the folder names are blue. It seems I remember
this having something to do with sharing?

Blue files and folders are compressed folders. They got that way from
running the disk cleanup tool. It compresses old rarely used files and makes
them blue.
