Easy Configuration for Laptop that needs to be able to change fixed ip address numbers easily

Hi All,

I have a laptop that when I am at work it needs to obtain IP addresses and
DNS server addresses dynamically / automatically, (configured through
control pannel >> networking) but when I am at home I need to use a fixed IP
and to specify the DNS addresses.

Currently I can only change this by going into the control pannel >>
networking, and then manually type in all the numbers.

Is there any tool / or script that can be used to automate or make this
change easier?
