Hi. It's been three days now that my Vista Family Premium Windows (
French version ) tries to install the KB942763 patch for the new time
zone adaptation in eastern US and Canada. But everytime I get this error
message. I can't seem to be able to install it. Is there a cure out there ?

I'm having exactly the same problem, I've got Vista Home Premium UK
version!! Glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem, hopefully
someone will have a solution, the update icon in the system tray is starting
to get very annoying!!!!

Indeed ! It never stops telling me to " update - an important update is
waiting for you to install !!!! ". I am tired too to see it pop-up every
30 seconds !!! Glad to see I am not alone, but sad to see it seems
universal :-(

"Hiya again

I've finally got it installed!! I uninstalled Comodo Personal Firewall, lo
and behold the update went in straight away, not certain if its just this
firewall, but its something to try
