EA Sports games

Has anyone experienced problems running EA Sports games on
Windows 2000? I receive an error stating "debugger
detected -- disable debugger and try again" when I try to
run NHL 2003 & 2004 and Medal of Honor.

This is most often caused by having the /DEBUG switch in your Boot.ini file.
Look for c:\boot.ini, which may be hidden and/or read-only so you'll have to
remove the hidden and read-only attributes. Once you find the boot.ini
file, open it with a text editor like Notepad and see if you have a line
that reads something like the following:

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows 2000
Professional" /fastdetect /debug.

If you see a line like this, remove everything on that line behind
/fastdetect.

Then save the boot.ini file with those changes and reboot the system.
