E mailing separate page to specific contact name

From an excel spreadsheet. How do I extract a row of information from this
sheet and send it individually to a specific email address.

I thought of creating a mailmerge in Outlook and then sending it one page at
a time to one specific email address due to confidentiality each page cannot
be sent to many recipients. Need help to doing this.
