When sending an email w/ a cc:, I'd like to, after the send, move the
sent-email from SENT MAIL to not only the contact-specific mail folder I had
set-up for the primary recipient, but would ALSO like to place a COPY of the
email in the contact-specific mail folder that I had separately set up for
the individual to whom I had sent the 'cc:'.

Is there a way in which I can in-turn make a 'copy' of the email prior to
moving to other mail folders re: such filing of such a 'duplicate' in a
second folder?

Tahnks!

You can create rules that move copies of outgoing messages to other folders.
You should also look at Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Advanced E-mail
Options>In folders other than Inbox, save replies with original message

Thanks for the response Brian.

Actuallly, I do not bother w/ rules. For my particular purposes, dragging
and dropping is the most optimal.

Saw your response and was of course disappointed. But afterwards, I
discovered, almost by accident that there IS a 'Copy & Move to Folder'
command available. Had not seen it in the menu when viewing the iInbox per se
(where it didn't seem to be readily avialable), but DID see it only as an
available command when I subsequently opened an email. In turn, searched out
the respective toolbar icon, and planted latter on the toolbar right aboe
inbox. Is exactly what I had wanted. Now is easy to copy and move any email
to multiple recipients to a single email folder, and to then just copy and
move latter, from latter foler, to where I want the duplicate copy. EXACTLY
what I was after--and w/ exact simplicity and speed I wanted. Thanks tough
for the suggestion re: rules. Perhpas one day, if and ever I go that route,
such info will indeed be of direct service to me. Gratitude again for your
time.
