e-mailing from My Pictures

Does anyone know why I don't get the "send pictures via e-
mail dialog box" when I try to e-mail photos. Not having
the dialog box pop up makes it impossible to change the
size of the picture. Thanks for the help.

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

Thank you for the fix. It works fine now. Originally
when I was unable to get the e-mail dialog box for most
pictures, the Print this picture option was also not
available for the same pictures. This problem still
remains. Is there a way to restore this option to all
pictures as well? Thanks again for the help.

You're welcome...I don't know about the print
problem. What happens if you right click an
image file and choose Print?

John,
When I rebooted my machine this morning the Print This
Picture option was available in the Picture Task pane for
every picture in every folder. Either your fix repaired
that problem also or it was a miracle. Thanks for the fix
and/or miracle.

On the same topic, I am able to get the outlook new message to pop up when I
click "Send to mail recipient...", but when I go to hit the send button,
nothing happens. I need to save the message, close the window, and go into
Outlook to send. Is this typical, or am I missing a setting?

Thanks in advance.
