Recently started using Outlook 2003 to handle Yahoo e-mail. Outlook will only
send/receive with inbox. Will not sync with any other folder. Tools, Options,
Mail set-up, Send/receive, Edit, gets me to the folders, but it only offers
the Inbox as a choice, and will not let me add more folders. How do I fix
this problem?

As long as you are using Yahoo, you cannot "fix" the problem. POP accounts
don't know anything about server-side folders. Data flows only from the
server Inbox to Outlook's Inbox. Only with an IMAP account can you see
folders other than Inbox on the server and Yahoo does not offer IMAP access to
its servers. Use gmail instead if you want server-side folder access.
