my email program is html.
how can i set my email to pop-up on my screen windows.
when i get new email.saying you receiv new email.
im using vista home basic.

You still have not specified the email program you are using, whether it is
Windows Mail, Microsoft Office Outlook, Web Mail services such as Windows
Live Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail.

html is the language that web pages (and other things) are written with,
"Hyper Text Markup Language".

Do you mean you're using web based mail?

Please be a little more clear with your descriptions. Many would like to
help, but without enough information no one can even guess as to how to
answer you.

Html is not an E-mail program, or any kind of program.

As you were told, the operating system doesn't matter. You need to
tell us what E-mail program you're using, such as Windows Mail,
Outlook, Eudora, Agent, etc.
