hi:
how can i set my mail to pop up on my screen windows.
when i get new e-mail.like a sign saying you receiv new mail.
im using vista home basic.
thank you.if somebody can assist me with this.
 
Which email program are you using? I get toast when I use Microsoft Outlook
and Windows Live Hotmail.

Simply follow the instructions provided along with whatever email
client application you've chosen. (You neglected to tell us what
specific program that is, so we can't provide precise instructions.)
