Would some one please walk me through the steps to get my default e-mail in
out look express to be yahoo, instead of my old earthlink accoung?

Unless you have a paid-for Yahoo account, or a Yahoo UK account, you can't.
if you have one of the above, look in Yahoo Mail Help under POP and
Forwarding.
