I need help desperately... I thought getting on the net was simple but I
seam to be running in circles. At the library I can get on the internet
with msn.net. at home with the ms vista program i keep getting told
microsoft dosnt suport dotnet or dotcom what am I doing wrong

What are you trying to do?

Have you considered using the copious help facilities
that Vista provides?

Click on the Start Orb (bottom left hand corner)
then on Help and Support and take it from there.
