e-mail

Running vista business. my email server times out every time i try to
send/receive. it claims it is 'checking mail' but never gets any further.
any ideas most gratefully received

This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database product. This
is actually a network question. My guess is that there is something wrong
with the connection to the server. If you are getting out to the Internet
OK, there is something wrong with the email account itself.
