E-mail

I want to send out an e-mail to 2900 contact, but I do not want each contac
to see each other or have a huge TO:...............
using Outlook. Does someone have a suggestion?

You can use the Bcc line, and use your email address in the To line. (This
is so you don't end up with an empty To line that some email programs may
view as spam.) or use Mail Merge in Word.

You can select your Contacts in Outlook and start the merge from Outlook as
well. The end result is an individual email, one that can be personalized,
is sent to each recipient. For step-by-step instructions take a look at this

2900 emails could be seen as spam. Talk to your ISP or Help Desk first! My
former ISP (since purchased by Comcast) had limitations on how many emails I
could send during a certain time frame. I know this because I was blocked
from sending for a weekend when I sent out ~800 in about a half hour to
members of the non-profit group I belong to. Once I called and got things
straightened out, they told me how to work with their limitations.
