I can not send E-mail from Internet Explore or other places when I click
there address in a message. I get a message: "Cannot send E-mail. No mail
program is setup to send mail using Internet shortcuts."

How do I setup a mail program using Internet shortcut?

In Internet Explorer when I go to Tools and click and go to Internet Options
and go to Program tab and go down to E-mail the block is empty.

How can I get Outlook Express or Hotmail in this block so I can send E-mail
from Internet Explorer?

In Outlook Express, click Tools | Options. Click the button on the
General tab that says "Make Default" for handling mail.
