My computer does everything but send e-mail. I have been told it is in the
windows somewhere and needs to be unlocked. Does anyone know how to do this?
I revieve e-mail ok and can go on the internet.

Check with your ISP to be sure that your email program is correctly setup to
send mail. In particular, be sure that you are using the correct SMTP
address and the correct password.

What program are you using to check your email?

SMTP is the protocol that sends email. Make sure that your SMTP server is
correct in the accounts properties of your email program (outlook, outlook
express, etc...) Some servers require authentication before email is sent.
This can be accomplished by checking the "My server require authentication"
button on the account properties page under the server tab.
