Well, YOU can't help him. That should be "I" can't help, not "WE".

Littletwo, check your POP3 settings such as server name. If you are
using Outlook, try going to the advanced settings and checking "My
server requires authentication" or you may find a setting like: "Log
onto the server first' - If so, check that.

Most antivirus software changes the POP3 settings. If you are using
antivirus software, check the software manufacturer's web site for
guidance.

Most ISPs will have a web site or helpdesk that can assist you.
