How do I add a e-mail service that allows a subscriber to submit their e-mail
& have it automatically, (With Adm. overrides.) Forwarded to all other
subscribers?

FP doesn't have any Discussion List functionality.

You will need to check with your host (as indicated in response to your first post) or you need to
locate a 3rd Party Web service to provide this service. Here is one such service:
