e-mail with picture also exist as attachment

Hello,

(Outlook 2002, XP)

I create e-mail and add my signature with logo/picture (copy/paste from word
file). The picture is added to the e-mail however also as attachment, some
time the same attachment appear 3-10 times (or more).

How can I avoide those attachments to appear.

Use HTML format (Assuming your recipients can or want to accept this format),
then simply embed the image in the message body via Insert > Picture.

Snarky hello,

Nop, same behaviour with HTML format. The receiver get the pictures in the
e-mail body as well as attachment. If I forward the same e-mail again, the
attachment list will double...


Help, it's so much un proffessional (to send business e-mails like that).
