That, technically, does not happen except as an attachment.
But, you can create the mail as HTML and link to the image back on the
server. That is how it is done, in general, in the industry. In other words,
you are sending a web page as mail.
NOTE: With the latest version of Outlook, the images will not come through
unless the user allows them. You cannot get around this, as it is user
discretion.
