George

I was attached with the W.32.Swenn.A@mm virus and after I
recovered, my email keeps bouncing my messages. It says
I have exceeded my quota. This isn't true because there
are no messages left on my server and all of my messages
have been deleted and removed from the recycle bin. How
do I correct this problem? I have already uninstalled
and installed my mail account.

George;
Go here:
http://www.home.bellsouth.net/
Sign in and remove any mail from there. bellsouth may have some kind of
restriction on storage space for your messages. You need to look and see that all
Mail Folders are empty.
I don't use bellsouth, but they must have some kind of Help. Yes. I just
looked, they do. Check with their Help.
Hope this helps. Let us know.
Wes

Since you used your real email address here, expect to get a
bunch of spam and more virus laden email.
