e-mail virus

I need help. We keep getting blasted with viruses
through our microsoft e-mail. This nevfer happened in
two (2) years when we used webmail. What can I do. I can
not get any help from microsoft even though we have
purchased over $50,000.00 of their software. Who do I
talk to.

You can't blame Microsoft for the content of the e-mails sent to you. It's
like being mad at the post office for getting a lot of credit card
applications.
Now that we got that out of the way, let's get down to business. What do
you mean when you say that you're getting blasted thorugh "our Microsoft
e-mail"? ...I'm not sure which software product you're referring to.

what he means, likely, is that oe automatically has a
window that runs scripts / loads html crap the second you
click on an email, even to delete it.

what you should do is remove the preview window and view
all email as plaintext.
