e-mail from Microsoft with attachment

I keep getting a e-mail from Microsoft everyday with an
attachment. I know that Microsoft does not send e-mail
so therefore the attachment is a virus. I talked to my
server and they said that they can not stop it at their
end. Can I stop it at my end?

This is how to stop it :

To block sender.... Tools menu|message rules|blocked senders|Add|type_name
of_sender|Ok|Ok.
