E-mail transfer

I want to re-format my computer because of some problem, but there are some
important e-mails and address booked, so if i format it directly then it will
delete and I have a problem so that I would like to request you how I safely
copy those message which are in microsoft outloo 2003. PLease advice me.

Make certain that you can view hidden files and do a search for any files
with a .pst file extension. That/those file(s) contain all of your mail,
contacts, etc. After you locate it/them, you can copy them and, after your
format is complete, that/those file(s) can be copied back onto your hard
drive.
