e-mail to group with out all address showing

How do I send the same e-mail to a group of people and each person will only
see there e-mail address on the e-mail they receive, all the other names in
the group will not be present?
 
Not possible using a personal distribution list. (Outlook has to expand the
list at time of send because the server would never know every name it needs
to go to.)

Best workaround is to put the personal distribution list in the BCC field
and use some sort of dummy address (address it back to yourself?) or do a
merge to email out of Word.
 
Put their names/addresses in Bcc (blind carbon copy) and nothing in To:
